Unique Activities

SpinnakerPortsmouth's Spinnaker Tower – the UK’s tallest publically accessible building. Opened to celebrate the new millennium, from the tower you can see Portsmouth’s best views including the HMS Victory and HMS Warrior, Naval ships in dock and on a clear day even as far as the Isle of Wight.
MarwellMarwell Wildlife is a chance to get close to the wonders of the natural world – and play a part in helping to save them. The 140 acre zoological park is home to over 250 exotic and endangered species in beautiful, landscaped surroundings.
NeedlesBritain’s only commercial hovercraft service, which transports you on a cushion of air will take you to the Isle of WightThe Needles are three chalk monolith rocks that are located at the most Westerly tip of The Island.  Cruises can be taken to see the Needles from Alum Bay, which itself is famous for its many coloured sands.
BlackgangOn the Isle of Wight, Blackgang Chine is an eccentric mix of exciting rides, goblins and fairies, dinosaurs, nursery rhyme characters, cowboys and Indians all set within rambling Victorian gardens overlooking a spectacular coastline.
PavillionBrighton’s Royal Pavilion houses furniture and works of art including original pieces lent by HM The Queen and a magnificent display of Regency silver-gilt. There’s also a tearoom, with a magnificent balcony overlooking the splendid Pavilion gardens.
CliffsThe White Cliffs of Dover are one of Britain's most iconic landmarks. The long coastal stretch of chalky white cliffs provides a home to plenty of wildlife and a wander along the top of them will give a dramatic view over the English Channel.
PuntingIn Canterbury, there are many wonderful sights and historic buildings to take in. Taking a boat trip on the River Stour gives you a different view of Canterbury and expert guides will point out buildings of interest as well as providing you with some notable facts and figures.
