How does a Great British Trips work?
Booking your dream holiday through Great British Trips couldn’t be easier. We understand that trying to work out where you want to go and what you want to see can be incredibly confusing and time consuming, and that’s why we exist! Booking your holiday through us couldn’t be easier, just follow these easy steps.
Step 1: Design your own Tour
Using our website you plan your own tour of Britain by adding tour'elements' to your itinerary. You may add as many tour elements as you wish and can mix and match the various elements.
Step 2: Go to My Itinerary
When you’re happy that you’ve selected all the elements to make up your dream trip, click on ‘My itinerary’ button. Have a look through your itinerary. Check if there is anything you’d like to change or add. Complete the rest of the information on the form so we can give you a totally accurate price. Remember, if there is any extra information we should know such as a disability to consider or anything non-standard, be sure to let us know!
Step 3: Submit your Itinerary request
Submit the form to us and wait for your individually tailored quote. We might come back to you for a little extra information but we aim to have the personal itinerary and price to you within 3 working days. It's a totally free no obligation service and we don't ask form of payment umtil you're ready to make a booking. Your all-inclusive quote will include any potential cost saving solutions we can find too!
Step 4: Ammend and book
We work with you to adjust and ammend the quote until you’re happy with the price and schedule. Once you’re ready to book, we ask for a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. Full payment is required 60 days before you travel.
Step 5: Your information pack
The most common feedback we receive from our customers is about our Great British Trips information pack. We're told constantly that 'we had no idea the pack would be so good!'. Our aim with the pack is that it is literally all you will need. It covers everything from local taxi numbers to good restaurants near your hotel to directions, a UK international SIM card to maps.
