Step 1: Have a think what kind of holiday you’re looking for. Select an appropriate drop-down from the list on the left hand side of the page and click the button.

Step 2: Click on each of the places we suggest you might enjoy. Have a read through the profile and if you find somewhere you really want to go, click ‘I want to go here’ and continue searching.

Step 3: Have a look through our events and activities via the navigation bar at the top. If there is something in particular you want to see such as a west end show or a Premiership football match, click ‘I want to see this’.

Step 4: When you’re happy that you’ve selected all the elements to make up your dream trip, click on ‘My itinerary’ in the navigation bar.

Step 5: Have a look through your itinerary. Check if there is anything you’d like to change or add. Complete the rest of the information on the form so we can give you a totally accurate price. Remember, if there is any extra information we should know such as a disability to consider or anything non-standard, be sure to let us know!

Step 6: Submit the form to us and wait for your individually tailored quote.

Step 7: Within 3 working days, we will send you not only your all-inclusive quote, but any potential cost saving solutions we can find too!

Step 8: We work with you to adjust the quote until you’re happy. Once you’re ready to book, we ask for a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking.

Step 9: Full payment is required 60 days before the start of the trip. Once payment is received, we will post out to you a complete vacation pack. The pack will include: Your complete and detailed itinerary, all accommodation, transfer and transport details, all tickets and timetables where appropriate, a complete destination guide for each area you intend to visit, discount vouchers, a UK Sim card for use in your cell phone within the UK, a ‘visiting the UK’ information guide, any other information as appropriate.
